About the Role:
Barbarian in Stowe, VT is looking for a talented and passionate Bartender to join our team! If you love crafting exceptional drinks, creating memorable guest experiences, and thriving in a lively atmosphere, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages to guests with speed and precision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
- Engage guests with friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service
- Take and process drink and food orders accurately
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Requirements:
- Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- DLL service certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Vermont (18+)
